ATEX double diaphragm pumps at Achema

Dangerous liquids

The Verderair air operated diaphragm pumps are used for pumping a variety of fluids. Non-metallic pumps are especially suitable for pumping dangerous, corrosive or abrasive fluids. Examples of these fluids are acids, solvents and caustics, such as hydrochloric acid, sodium chloride and citric acid.

For pumping these hazardous liquids in an explosion proof environment it is necessary to comply to Atex. Verder has extended its range of pumps that apply to these demands with the new series of air operated diaphragm pumps acoording to Atex.

The material choice for the new air operated diaphragm pumps is a new material of conductive polypropylene. The material is reinforced to suit the toughest applications.

At Achema exhibition we will be happy to inform you about our new ATEX compliant diaphragm pumps.

But there is more than  ATEX pumps at the Verderair series

Verderair consists of a wide range of non-metallic and metallic air operated diaphragm pumps. The range has been developed for use in both industrial and hygienic applications with capacities of maximum 60 m3/h. The pump is simple by design: its construction allows it to undertake arduous tasks that other pumps would not be able to handle which means less maintenance and therefore reduced lifetime costs.
